We want you to be happy with your EccMaintain subscription. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on first-time paid subscriptions.
If you are not satisfied with your paid subscription for any reason, you can request a full refund within thirty (30) days of your original order date. This applies to the first paid billing period on a plan; renewals after the 30-day window are subject to the rules below.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You can cancel a renewal at any time before the next billing date from your account settings or through the Paddle customer portal, and you will keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. If a renewal charge is processed and you would like it reviewed, contact us within 14 days of that charge and we will consider a refund on a case-by-case basis in line with applicable consumer law.
To request a refund:
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or card issuer, but typically completes within 5–10 business days after the refund is issued by Paddle.
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us or Paddle first — we can usually resolve billing questions quickly and without a chargeback.
Nothing in this policy limits any refund or cancellation rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law in your jurisdiction, including any cooling-off rights in the UK or EEA.
